Please if you have the option to go to any other dealer, PLEASE DO IT.  This company seems to be a "family company" since grandpa Juan/uncle Antonio /niece/husband Hector and wife Gladys are the ones managing it.  They seem to be "nice and friendly", talk tooooooooo toooooo tooooo much on whatever any other topic (but car itself) to "wrap" you in their "spiderweb". They try at any cost you choose first car seen, check it a little bit (as fast as possible), pay asap, and SEE YOU NEVER.....

And...... there you have to start PRAYING while CRYING (you choose the order) :-(  In my case 2 DAYS after having the used car (which by the way was paid in full/in cash) it got broken, simply no way to turn engine on. And when calling them, nobody was unable, everybody busy-outside doing whatever but giving customer service. When finally I got someone on the phone, they told me the grandpa Juan (wich seems to be the real owner or partner), said thru the secretary (that I never saw when I visited the dealer's office) to take the car to a mechanic they work with and that the mechanic was aware, no charges for me since still UNDER WARRANTY (as Hector said on the date I bought the car).   Obviously towing was under my own pocket. Thanks God I have AAA so towing cost me nothing.

When arriving to the mechanic, the administrator was not even aware I was going, nobody from VERSALLES called him, etc.etc.  (again CRYING - PRAYING MODE ON) :-(  When finally mechanic got in contact by phone with grandpa Juan, t he mechanic told me I can leave the car, and they WILL SEE IF THEY HAVE THE CHANCE TO CHECK IT any time within the week... OMG, not even on that day, no promise for next day either (still crying mode on) :-(   So car was left there on Wed (4 days after buying it.  Mechanic told me prior fixing it he has to check with Versalles if they will pay for all costs, because sometimes, NOT ALL DAMAGES ARE COVERED BY THEM (by Versalles). OMG! even under warranty....OK, I left the car on a Wednesday and mechanic all me on Friday aprox 5:40pm EST asking me to PICK IT RIGHT NOW SINCE HE HAD TO LEAVE...OMG!  I asked for $$$ and he said, no problem FOR TODAY YOU HAVE NOTHING TO PAY, it was covered by Versalles.  What was wrong? Suposedly something with the transmission :-( OMG and mechanic told me  car neede many other things to be fixed, and guess what?  rest of things are not usually covered under the famous one month warranty after buying the car.

You think the story ends here?  ohhh NOOOOO, I picked up the car on Friday 6pm EST (6 days after buying it). I took it to my house, all "SEEMS" to be OK.  BUT on Saturday morning when trying to use it to go to my son's sport team activities, guess what?  CHECK ENGINE TURNED ON !!!!  Immediately all plans changed, I took it to same mechanic, and meanwhile driving I was calling Versalles Auto Sales, obviously NOBODY available. Then, since mechanic is so close to dealer, I passed by the dealer FIRST.  Since Hector (the husband, the one who sold the car to me, the one I paid in full/in cash) told me exactly this: WHAT DO YOU EXPECT 'MAMA'? YOU BOUGHT AN USED CAR. CARS ARE LIKE THAT, THEY GET BROKEN ANY TIME (by the way it's a 2003 and I am not a 'mama' ha ha ha).   OMG what an ASH*********** he does not have the *** "private parts"  to tell that when someone arrives to his place. I mean, he should said: no warranty at all, at the time you get it outside my parking lot, PRAY and never come back.

The mechanic checked all, fixed all, (some sensors things), and made me a list of priorities to be fixed........... so now I need to save again some money to "invest" or waste it fixing the LEMON.

Sometimes better to pay a little bit more on a well known dealer (Carmax for example) and paying a little bit more on insurance, and having a newer and better car.  All that I thought I "saved" in not buying a new car and getting my car insurance increased, now will be wasted in fixing it.

WISH YOU GOOD LUCK WHEN BUYING YOUR CAR.  AND REMEMBER: REFRAIN TO GO TO VERSALES AUTO SALES, NOR EVEN TRY TO PASS BY THE CORNER HA HA  OHHH LORD..... BLESS US. :-)  :-(
