the $29.95 charged to my Visa credit card for the trial period of Versatalk. The charge was made March 15, 2005 and cancelled shortly thereafter. I did not authorize this charge to may account.I contacted the phone number in my records and received the recordingthat my account would be credited within 7 days. That did not happen.
I contacted the phone number a second time and received the same message. No option to opt out to an operator or real person is not given in the message. I attempted to contact the company via regular mail (ltr dated 5-17) to advise that no credit has been received since I contacted the company the first time via telephone @ 877-494-7363.

Have not received a response to date
