Complaint Review: Versatalk

I was contacted by this COMPANY in regards to a FREE offer.

I did not agree to anything.
The stole money from my bank account without my authorization.

I did not give out this information.
I have tried calling this company & get computer repsonse to cancel membership with my phone number & any money taken out of my bank account will be refunded within 7 days of date I called.

The first time the bank got it refunded.
The second time, third & now the fourth time Nothing has beeen refunded.

You can not get ahold of anyone.
They transfer you & you get left on hold for a few minutes then the line goes dead & you get a dial tone.

This has messed my bank acount up. My last resort is to open a new account with my bank. Is there anyway to get my Money back & get this company to stop stealing money.???
