Verseo.com Will NOT refund money on defective product! 7271 Paramount Blvd., California

Ordered a leg massager from Verseo,com for my husband for Christmas.  The day after I ordered it Verseo.com sent me an email stating that the product was on back order would I like to cancel my order, I emailed them back stating yes do not want to wait on the back order found the item with someone else.  Later that day they emailed me back that product was in and they would ship it did I still want to cancel, I replied yes.  

Checked my bank account and the money was still taken out even though I cancelled the order.  I called Verseo and was told that the item did ship and to just refuse it when it arrived.  Package arrived when I was not at home along with several other packages I had arriving it was Christmas time.  I opened the package without noticing who it was from.  

Being that I had opened the package by accident I decided that since I have it that I would keep it so I put batteries in it to try it out.  The product was defective would not work.

I called customer service at Verseo.com was told by the women on the line that since I decided to keep the product, even though I was informed by them not to accept it, that she would not send me a return label and that I was responsible for the shipping but they would refund the price of the item since it was defective.

So I shipped the item back through my post office. Not wanting to incur more cost I didn't track the package.  I had to use the shipping label that was on the bottom of there packing slip.

Its been 2 months now and I've emailed them several times and yet they haven't refunded me my money and the last email I got from them was that they don't have my package and I need a tracking number.
