Once the campaigns went live, Santo became a mythical object, not responding to emails and not providing us our login details so we could monitor the spend. Santo finally gave us our login details after
racking up a $550 bill which drove us about $12 in actual traffic. We tried to work on a resolution but got little to no reply from Santo or the 'customer care' department. We asked for a refund as we were very unsatisfied, but the response was that it was our fault for not pausing the ads ourselves, even though we couldn't log in to their system. Brilliant.
This is a straight up scam. It was a complete waste of money and time.
