very dissappointed JD Marvel Products ripoff
I have ordered 2 pair of slippers on Dec. 15, 2001 for $15.95 which included 2 FREE lights. I haven't received them yet and today is February 4, 2002 and everytime I call I get a recording and by waiting 15 to 20 minutes they say that they are busy try again later or the line is busy and I can't talk to anyone. They mentioned that if we want to order or check on on existing order to go to their website but when I went on all I see our complaints, one after another. I don't like this. It's a company that I don't trust any more and if they don't like it, too bad. Ordering and not receiving is not my style. If I was able to talk to someone over the phone that would have made a difference but I can't reach anyone because there is noone there answering your call or they put you on hold forever before coming back saying that they are busy working with other clients so call back. I AM SICK OF CALLING BACK WITHOUT AN ANSWER. DON'T LIKE IT ONE BIT. DON'T WASTE MY TIME AND MONEY.
Why don't they have a toll free number. It is costing me to make the phone call.
Very angry at the moment.
