I was working with Santosh Manjrekar until i realized what he was doing. Santosh was trying to have my husband and i sign over a grant deed to give him rights to the title of our house. We stopped him immediately and called the police. THe police told us it was a civil matter and we needed to sue him in court. I have got an attorney and we filed a complaint with the department of real estate and national association on realtors. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS SCUMBAG!!!!!!!!!
