Verza Online Merchant ripoff I sold products using them as a online merchant. I never received payment of the 290.00 products that was sold. I call them over 50 time ripoff screwed others too ripoff Internet Internet
I decided to use Verza as a online Credit card Merchant for products I was selling. Verza is a rip-off company that nobody should use.
I had sold over 300.00 worth of products and never receive payment for those products. Not making a profit I was given away product for free because verza had email me and told me that, the products have to be send first and for me to give them a confirmation number so they would know that the products was send.
All of these products was shipped and when I tried to get the 300.00 they told me that they can give it to me because, I would have to a certain amount of money in their account. This information was not posted on their website when I sign up!
I called Verza over 50 times and they started given me the run around telling me that, I would have to speak to someone in customer service. Most time when I call there would be a guy with a middle eastern accent or one with a british accent. There where time when I call and they would put their hand over the telephone and whisper something and then I would get hang up on.
When I would call back a answering machine would come on. Customer service is a recorded message and they never return any of my phone calls. This was about 2 years ago and I just saw another site where people are complaining about them. Is there anyway I can still get my money?
