Complaint Review: Vesta AT&T

For the last year I was on an auto-refill plan with my prepaid AT&T Go Phone. It worked fine--my minutes were automatically refilled using my credit card every 90 days. On August 2, 2008, my minutes were due to be refilled, but they weren't for some reason, and I lost my rollover minutes, which amounted to about $33. I called Vesta AT&T at 866-608-3007. They said they could not restore my rollover minutes. I told them it was not my fault that the auto-refill didn't kick in this time, and they said there was nothing they could do.

So I removed my account from auto-refill in case this happened again. I think they could at least give me some free minutes to compensate for this error on their part. Their reluctance to do so is bad customer service.

I filed an individual report even though this site didnt post it (Fk them)
AT& T took my credits on the go phone even though it doesn't say anything
inside or outside the packaging about having a 90 day limit.

Then their operators lied about it 12 times making every excuse possible
not to credit my $31.00 back onto the phone. One I spoke with is
MICHELLE ARNOLD. Then they promise a manager will call me back and
this never happens.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY WITHOUT READING THE OTHER
1250 REPORTS ABOUT HOW THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF!!!!!
