Complaint Review: VESTA BOOST

I looked at my bank account to make sure that my car payment was made and noticed that there were several charges to a Vespa Boost. I have no idea what that is, but I know I didn't make the charges. I called my bank right away to report unauthorized charges and was told to call the company and file a poilce eport. I called Vespa Boost and was dumbfounded at the total lack of tact or empathy for the situation. The representitive was extremely rude. He was not interested in helping me resolve my problem or for that matter acknowledging that there was a problem. He was curt and harsh and actually hung up the phone on me while I was trying to question how these charges were on my card.

Because of these unauthorized charges, I know have to find time to file apolice report, follow up with my bank and continue to check my account to make sure there are no more charges. All the while some crook is taking my money,, and they have the backing, by inaction, of a company that wants my money for something I don't want.

I find it appalling that a company is more concerned about getting their money that they will bend over backwards to help the criminals while alienating good citizens who would consider using their product. Companies like this should be charged as accesories to these crimes since they are more than willing to protect the wrongdoers and when  brought to their attention they look the other way. 

I will file a cpmplaint with the better business bureau as well.
