I have had " Ashley " a 2006 Black Mustang GT now since her inception production date 12/05 have had a few issues but were taken care of by a Don Baker(service advisor) at Veterans and have continued to give them my buisness.  As of the last few weeks I have had her there twice and going back a third time tommorrow. Don Baker is no longer there and it seems to me the Mech's (mechanics/techs) can not take care of the issues. I get a smile and lip service from the service dept. I have consulted with current ford mechs/techs and friends who own their own Mustang shops and I have been told they will tell you want they want because of the economy they must keep their ASE mechs busy and money flowing by FALSE diagnosing problems and charging FORD for service. They also create "new" problems that are slight and would not be noticed right away that with a couple days or weeks would appear so they would gain additional business. ENOUGH! My significant other has been layed off from her job it seems all the little extra money is being sunk into my extended warranty and the co pays so I have transportation to and from work.  I wish Henry Ford was still around! I have always trusted FORD and their reputation since I was a kid I am now 40 and losing faith in a company that stands by the name of FORD. Veterans will miss diagnose issues for the sake of profit to them. Customer satisfaction and vehicle care means nothing but an assembly line of half resurected repairs.  Thank You.
