Description of Complaint:

On August 2nd, 2021 I bought (2) 3 In 1 12v Dc 3t Electric Hydraulic Floor Jack Lift Set With. Impact Wrench × 2; from this company for two different vehicles which I would be using these products on. I receive products on August 9th, 2021. And within the week I went to use my new product, the air compressor for tires, the machine seemed to be doing what it was meant to do, but then it completed died.

I was shocked, but since had another one at hand, I went to use it to find out the other one did the same thing, it worked then it died. One unit dying is upsetting enough but to have both units dying at the same time, these are defective products that should have not be sold at all, and under the Lemon Law, I should have no problems returning theses defective products and getting my FULL refund. But this is not the case, company wants to fix them and take them back as their warranties indicates Money back 30 days, which I reached out and requested two RMA before the 30 days.
