I purchased a Vevor double flare kit. The description clearly stated that it would work on 3/16" - 5/16" brake lines. When I received the kit, the 1/4" double flare adapter was missing. After two days of dealing with "Customer Service" they said that their "Technical Department" told them that it did not come with the 1/4" double flare adapter. So, I requested a refund under their "30-Day No-Hassle" refund policy. I got a response from "Customer Service" saying that they would refund $28,00 of the $95.99 I spent for this kit. She said that it would be far easier on ME to agree to this rather than spend the money on the shipping and packaging to send it back to them. She also told me that they would not issue a refund until they had inspected the kit. I asked about closing my account and never did get a reply to that.

So, now I still have the kit (final cost $67.99) that I have no use for sitting on a shelf in my shop with the "VEVOR" name clearly showing to remind myself that I made a mistake buying from them in the first place.

Actually, I feel lucky. I almost ordered an industrial mixer from them that cost over $800.00. There are many other companies that sell these things for just a little more than Vevor. The other companies are reputable and give ACTUAL "NO-HASSLE" returns if things cannot be made right to your satisfaction.

 

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!
