Vex Marketing - Innovage - Ds-Max - Dx-Max tax evasion, no permits, slave labour, bad compensation, ripoff Kitchener, Toronto, Ottawa, Barrie Ontario
They are now in Kitchener, Ontario and surrounding areas looking to 'expand' east and west. What a joke. After wasting my time looking up Vex on the internet and finding nothing (we are told they are international with 12+years in the business), I searched Innovage (their product lines from a separate and independent suppler).
WOW! They are up to all of their old tricks including evading taxes. Beware of the positive comments on the company - I'm sure they are all posted by the scammers from the company. I'm a mature adult aware of the laws & regulations and felt from the get-go that something was amiss.
Unfortunately they hire kids that are 16-19 who are not as informed and who get stuck in their 12-14 hour work days 6 days a week. Sundays are optional but they pressure you to work it. I have yet to see any products from the companies they are supposed to be affiliated with, such as Disney, Crayola, Liz Claiborn, NFL, NHL, the list goes on & on.
They claim that the merchandise is 'supplied' through contracts from independent manufacturers, which is bull. They own these production lines and hijack reputable corporation's identities to further their scamming. It is a great work atmosphere that you get sucked into and have little time to reflect on what is really going on. The motto 'If it sounds too good to be true it probably is' fits here very well.
It took me working there one week to figure this out. I'm devastated about what those poor kids are having to put up with and do for this company. I have reported them to all the appropriate authorities. Hopefully this will slow them down, but I doubt it will stop them completely. They will change name yet again and start over somewhere else.
Beware, be very aware. Leave while you still can.

My name is Dushan Zona the owner and operator of Vex Marketing Inc. At first I was very upset when I read the report you had placed here on this site. But after reading it in full I began to laugh.
Let me start firt by saying you have no idea or understanding about what my company is really about. We work hard here to achieve something...our GOALS. We do in fact pay taxes and we do have a great business.
Whether you are upset about the fact that you couldn't deal with the challenges or didn't profit what you thought you were worth in the WHOLE WEEK you were here, that left you so sore, tired and mad, I am willing to apologize I guess. But please don't ever devalue the pure and simply fact that our business provides a GREAT opportunity for anyone with the right ATTITUDE, DRIVE, WORK ETHIC to gain more for themself.
Obviously you never had those things and alot of people don't and thats why you will never get it. So remember the next time you jump to any conclusions on My company Call and talk to me I would be happy to answer all of them for you.
Oh and as for the 16-19 year old slaves your talking about about to promote one of them next week into their own location. Lastly, I heard they have adult sized uniforms at Burger King and are hiring this week maybe you should check it out.
