Your technician, (Victor), visited our property on 3-28-14 to look at our icemaker on Samsung refrigerator.  We decided against repairing the ice
maker but he said he discovered another problem and recommended we fix a heat sensor.  He told us we had to pay for the part up front as it was a special order.  I paid him by check #3719 in the amount of $164.66 leaving the payee line blank--I later checked my bank account and found the
technician put his name in the payee line and supposedly cashed it.  We were told that he would be back on Monday the 31st to replace the new part.  When he did not show I called 565-4965 and was told there was a delay in receiving the order but he would be back out on Thursday (4-3-2014).  I have not heard from them.  4-4-2014 I attempted to contact there office and got a busy signal.  I then called 559-314-5718 and left a message.  I just looked you up on the internet and guess what--others have experienced the same thing and turned you into the BBB.  If I don't hear from you by 3:00 today I will file a police report.
