Received a call informing me of a $360,000 win; advised me to send $310 to cover insurance; advised to get an International Postal Money Order. Asked not to use a bank to purchase money order. Also asked to include a small picture with 2 stamps.
I advised them to take the money requested out of my winnings. No, this could not be done.
