Items were manifested as sold to us with the guarantee that they would power on. Upon inspection of the items sold to us, some of the items were completely cannibalized, would not turn on, and has no salvage value at all. We have sent pictures and E-mailed Adan Sanchez (sales representative) regarding the items, he promised that he will provide refund/discount of the sold merchandise by his word. It has has been almost a month since the complaint/request was filed.

As promised, we discussed the issues with the customer and after carefully reviewing his complaints, amicably resolved the situation with mutually acceptable compensation. We look forward to reading his revised feedback.
