Complaint Review: Via Trading

Beware of this company at all costs.  I purchased four pallets of "store returns" merchandise from this company.  What did I receive?  Three of the four pallets contained physically damaged merchandise such as several pairs of smashed, broken 3D glasses, headphones with the ear part dangling by a wire,  blu ray home theater systems missing knobs with severe dents, etc. 

I contacted Luis Nunez at Via Trading about the situation.  What were his responses after sending him several pictures of the merchandise and explaining to him in detail via phone and several emails about the condition of the merchandise?

"Based on the pictures I received it seems that not all of the merchandise has been checked through. Have you checked all the
merchandise, every item? I understand the 3d glasses are broken and ear phones- what about the rest? The boxes may look damaged but what about the physical item? Are you just looking at the top of the pallet?"

I also asked him on several occasions to stop another shipment of six pallets I bought from this company.  These were shipped a couple of days after the first load.  No response from him.  

If you want to purchase missing, broken, salvage merchandise then by all means buy from Via Trading.

The company has resolved the issue with the product to my satisfaction.
