Complaint Review: Viamorous/AquaVo

Viamorous/AquaVo This was supposed to be two free products to try and after 30 days if did not want could cancel account; however, ordered on 06-05-17 and on 06-20-17 they charged my account for almost $200.00.I DO HOPE A LAWSUIT IS BROUGHT AGAINST THEM. Englewood, Co Nationwide

My story is about the same as everyone elses.  I was told when I ordered the two products (Viamorous and AquaVo) that I was receiving a 30-day supple of each product free to try for 30 days and at the end of the 30 days if I did not want to continue the automatic send of the product I could cancel and all I would pay would be shipping and handling.  Well I ordered them on 06-05-17 and on 06-20-17 they charged my account for almost $200.00!  I called customer service and talked to Alvin Chase and he said the agreement was for 15 days but I told him that was not what I was told at the time of my order.  He offered to reduce the payment by 30% and I told him I wanted a refund because I was lied to.  I even offered to send the product back but he refused.  He said that I declined the 30% offer and said he would send my complaint to billing.  Well we all know where that will lead!  I will be calling my bank tomorrow morning to try to cancel this payment but I do not hold out much hope since it is on a debit card.  

Please put this company out of business!  I do hope that a lawsuit will be brought against them!

Called and complained and got the run around. Told them I wanted a refund but they offered 30% off original price. Told them that is not what I was told when I ordered. They said that I now had declined the 30% offer and would send my complaint to billing. I told them I would be contacting my bank to cancel the payment. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!! i AM SO PISSED!!! PLEASE PUT THESE PEOPLE OUT OF BUSINESS. I DO HOPE A LAWSUIT IS BROUGHT AGAINST THEM.
