Called Viapren after reading of the ad in USA Today. They will hustle you hard on the phone and promise a lot of completely unrelated gift cards and identity theft protection programs and even a "value buying program" which includes heavily discounted travel. Sound too good to be true? You were right.

After realizing that Viapren makes it impossible to call a different number to cancel the "negative option" purchase you help set up with your credit or debit card, I had no other option than to report my card stolen to my bank so the card number could no longer be charged without my input. Sadly, I think Viapren worked satisfactorly and would like more but can't bring myself to contact them again for a re-order as this could all happen again. This outfit is not reputable and customer service is non-existent. Please avoid doing business with them.
