I BOUGHT & TRIED THE VIAREX CREAM.ORDERED 2/7/09;PAID BY PERSONAL CHECK THE AMOUNT OF $105.75. RECEIVED THE PRODUCT, WHICH I RETURNED TO VIAREX FOR A REFUND 3/10/09, WHICH WAS DELIVERED TO VIAREX @ 10:11 AM ON 3/17/09, USPS CONFIRM NO. 0308 2040 0001 9980 2448). ON 3/31 AT 12:50 pm EST. I SPOKE WITH A RUDE "ANTON" IN VIAREX CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE TOLD ME I WOULD BE RECEIVING A REFUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 99.80. THAT THE REFUND WILL BE MAILED DURING THE FIRST WEEK OF APRIL. AS OF THIS DATE, THE REFUND HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED.

SEVERAL FOLLOWUP TEL CALLS HAVE RESULTED IN 'TERMINAL HOLDS', EACH FOLLOWED WITH A MESSAGE PROMISING TO RETURN MY CALL W/I 24 HRS. NO RETURN CALLS!

I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO LOCATE THE BBB & CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOR THIS AREA TO NO AVAIL.

IN ADDITION THE POSTAL AUTHORITIES HAVE RECOMMENDED THAT I REQUEST A POSTAL INSPECTION INVESTIGATION IN THAT VIAREX'S HAS NOT LIVED UP TO ITS GUARANTEE TO REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE.
