Viatalk advertises on their home page 2 programs.
One is called VT_500 and limits you to 500 minutes.

The other is called VT-Unlimited. Not only that they in bold letter describe the programs as: "Unilimited Local and long distance calling minutes to anywhere in the U.S. and Canada"

It can not be clearer right? I thought so too.

After you sign up and pay in advance for the service, you find out that somewhere in the fine print of terms of service they say that the UNLIMITED is Limited! and you pay for the extra usage.

When you call to complain they tell you tough (they already got paid ahead remember?)

When I complained to the credit card company, Viatalk disconnected my service and blackmailed me to write a letter that I accept these overage charges or they will not reconnect my service.

Watch out!
