Viatalk Suspends Account after 3 non-descript e-mails within 1 hour Clifton Park New York

Viatalk sent three e-mails to me on 4/15/2008 all within one hour each stating the same thing, my PREPAID account is overdue by $3.45. Each of the three e-mails were identical.

on 4/16/2008 I try to call out on my phone and get connected with Viatalk. I try logging into the control panel and receive a message that my account has been suspended. I am a PREPAID customer and have been suspended over $3.45???

When I finally got in touch with somene at billing, they said that it was becuase my credit card on file was wrong. WHY SHOULD THEY BE CHARGING ME WITH A PREPAID PHONE LINE, LET ALONE SUSPEND MY ACCOUNT!!

From a customer standpoint, Viatalk is WAY behind the ball. I am miserable with their inabiliity to operate a business with regards to customers. At least send out an invoice stating that there are charges against the account (if valid), and if the credit card does not go through, send a notice to the customer of the suspected error and give the customer notices/time before suspending or taking further action on an account. Less than 12 hours to suspend account leaves customers unable to call out, but leaves Viatalk out of touch.
