VIATALK offered it service deals preferring that you pay advance. But once the get your money you will never get it back. They send you equipment that doesn't work and they wont give support until your 30 day trial period has expired and your money becomes non- refundable. They then delay you at all cost and make promises of service support that never happen. They then charge you a large termination fee and they create all types of hidden legal reasons and offer you back Ten Percent or nothing at all. Regardless of your service problems you encountered. They got your money and you get nothing in return.
