A product that did not work due to a software glitch was not working. I called Viatek Customer service. I was greeted by a rude semi-literate short tempered "employee". when i asked who she reported to she said her self and hung up. There is no one to talk to at this company. I left messages for everyone on the phone tree including the owner Lou Lentine and FINALLy some one called me back Jess Pouleen she left a voice mail. I called back left a message and have yet to hear back from her that was 4 days ago. Do Not buy anything from this company. There products dont work they are rude and un-professional. The problem was pretty simple and all this could have been avoided if they had ANY clue on how to treat a customer. The simple fact I left multipile messages and one person called back speaks volumes about this company. The fact they still have not returned the call tells alot more. And when I called back and asked for This Jess person the CS rep became guarded and would not put me through. Its a company like this wonders how in the world they are still in business.
