VibePlayground EAM Service Solutions COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS and No Customer Service Internet
I placed an order on March 22 and received confirmation on March 24. My account was debited immediately. The site advertises that orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. After two weeks of attempting to contact them (THEY HAVE NO EMAIL OR PHONE NUMBER), I received a USPS tracking number. For the next two weeks, the USPS site said that the order had been generated, but no product had been shipped. Finally, when I threatened to dispute the charge, I received an email telling me that my product had shipped. Upon arrival, the order was incomplete, and the PRODUCT was obviously a counterfeit. I can say that with certainty because a) I own one of the authentic ones and b) there are sites telling consumers how to spot counterfeits. I will be disputing my charge and reporting VibePlayground to the FBI at STOPfakes.com.
No matter how much money VibePlayground appears to save, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
