I put in an order through their website the night of December 27th. A receipt was sent to USPS stating they should expect the package soon. After 2 more weeks of waiting there was still no package given to USPS. Although they say items will be shipped in 5-7 buisness days. Over that 2 week waiting period, I emailed them 3 separate times, with no responses to any of mine. So next I contacted the Better Buisness Bureau. I still heard nothing from the company, but all of a sudden the package shows up 2 days after the BBB contacted them. It arrived on January 15th.
