   1. Ritual Hot Yoga goes out of business in Newport Beach.
   2. Vibes Hot Yoga (Ali and Ariana Shah) takes over the lease.
      1. Vibes buys Instagram followers and Yelp reviews
   3. Vibes does not pay rent in Newport Beach.
   4. Landlord tries to evict but he screws up service of the lawsuit and Vibes temporarily gets to stay in the location.
   5. Landlord properly serves Vibes.
   6. Vibes Files for bankruptcy.
   7. Vibes creates yet another fraudulent LLC named Lululemon-Vibes Hot Yoga LLC so he can swindle the next landlord into giving his space masquerading as Lululemon
   8. New trial date set for May.
2. Huntington Beach
   1. Vibes takes over yoga studio in Huntington Beach.
   2. Vibes fails to pay rent and is locked out of location.
