I made an order on the 15th of april at vibeshop.com and recieved an email stating it would take 1-3 business days to process then I would receive and email with a tracking information once it has been shipped. Later that day I recieve another email stating the payment has been processed and it should be shipped in 1-2 business days but very few take longer. on May 4th I receive an email stating the package has been shipped, but there is no tracking number and the link to track the package was broken. I waited two weeks and when the package had not arrived I contacted the company by phone and they told me they would investigage and call me back in 2 days. It will be another 2 weeks before I am able to contact them agan, but in the mean time the live chat email on the site didn't work, sending an email to sales@vibeshop.com  didn't work, and my voice mails weren't returned. I finally got someone to answer by phone two weeks after I called the first time and they told me the product should have arrived weeks ago and they would look into it. I call back later that day and they told me the shipping company had no record of having received any package from them at all. They explained that their label may have fallen off and they would reship the package with tracking information in two days. Two weeks later on June 14, 2016, two months after having purchased the product, it had yet to arrive and I just want a refund. I have called three times today and all calls have been dropped. I can't leave a message because the call always drops.

Mr Steven ordered a package which was sent to him originally by UPS with signature requirement, however, after 3 weeks it was returned back to us as unclaimed. As a result it was resent by the post office and tracking number is: 9405510200881069758509 which shows that it was delivered to his home address in Katy TX. We confirmed it with him and he asked as well this site to remove his report, because it was a miscommunication issue that led to this report in the first place, but this record is permanent and they won't delete it.
