Vibrant Threads Never returned A jacket that was sent in for exchange Jacksonville Florida
I sent a jacket in to be exchanged 4 weeks ago. My girlfriend and I was told to write a letter on what was needed during the return. I sent the jacket back and never received another one for the replacement. There was 2 ways to contact myself and my girlfriend (The original purchaser). This is completely unacceptable. We are now out of $50.
