Complaint Review: Vibrantweb

Vibrantweb Last year I had VW build my site. They have the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. It is practically impossible to get hold of anyone. You have to leave a message and you may not get a call back unless it concerns them getting money. I paid over $3700 for a site that I had to raise hell over how things were done too many times. I was able to get a refund eventually of $2000 and was told that I could still keep my site there and they would make it the way I wanted it when the dust settled. No one will respond to my requests for help. All I get is "You have access to and can do the same things we do." Just last week they changed servers and could they let their customers know this was happening IN ADVANCE? No! I emailed my contact two days ago and my site is STILL DOWN. Their 24/7 support is not. All you can do is leave a message. There is NO ONE to answer phones. This is the worst site builder you could get. Not only that you can't see what they are really creating before the site is launched. So when they click UPDATE it's "live" whether it's right or not. Phoenix Arizona

I responded to an ad about making money with a website and got Vibrantweb.  This video showed a guy starting a web business and days later checking and seeing hundreds of dollars coming in ever day.

I contacted them about a site specializing on the pet industry.  Hundreds of thousands are spent annually on pets.  Back2basicspets.com was birthed here.  I paid over $3500 in the end for a site that had an Amazon store as well as an eBay store (that alone cost me $500).  I have not made even $1. on that site.  Not only that but it was all I could do to get it the way I wanted it.  They never gave me a choice of themes just picked one and  created it without my input along the way.

I did end up getting a refund of $2000 and the promise from Jim that 'when the dust settles' I could come back and get the theme I wanted and the site would still be there and that he himself would handle everything for me.  I have been unable to reach him or even get him or anyone to call me back.  I have been sending emails to Nakia for any 'support' I need and that has been sparse.

Last week they moved sites to a new server and my site is still down.  I emailed Nakia last week and got a response only after a second email and she said the site 'should be up.'  She obviously did not check it or she would have seen the site was not up.  It still is not up as I write this.

Any time you do major changes, whether it is moving sites to a new server or upgrading software an email should always go out letting your customers know this is happening and if there might be any issues and support for such.  There is NONE.  They never send out any emails ever.

You can never reach a human for support.

No matter what type of business I've dealt with I have never had such crappy service in my life and I am 55 years of age.

This company needs to go.
