Complaint Review: Vibratorcom Acme Media LLC

Ordered item from Vibrator.com and received shipment from Acme Nedia LLC. Company sent an unacceptable and nonfunctional substitution. When contacted company supplied RMA and I returned item via UPS for replacement per instructions. Sent Tracking Number via email to company two weeks ago. Have not received replacement. Calls go to voicemail. Totally dissatisfied and would recommend against doing business with these people.
