We had confirmed bookings with Vic and Barb Rauscher of Rushville, NY both of which they backed out of and never informed us of the change. It has significantly disrupted our lives. The least they could do is respond to emails rather than us showing up, and finding out that it had been double booked, and we were the losers. Dishonest, self-serving, and highly unethical.
