Despite emails from Viceroy's Customer Service Manager that our window was clearly within the warranty period, we have still not received a refund from the Company. Email after email stating refund was delayed, however, no refund has been forthcoming after three months of waiting.
Unfortunately, we now have now started a small claims action in court.
Be very careful of ViceRoy, they are obviously having financial troubles or are not scruptulous.
