This woman is running so many scams I can't keep up. It goes a lot deeper than you may think. She owns several domains, under several different names and has used several different email addresses, postal addresses and phone numbers. Her newest scam that she has going on right now is down in Costa Rica. I'm wondering if she left the US for Costa Rica because of legal issues?

She lives in Ocotal, Costa Rica and the name she goes by now is Vicki Conley. She has also gone by Vicki Hargett and Vicki Smith. 

The person is a scam artist who owns numerous websites for numerous "businesses" and goes by many names. Right now she is in Ocotal, Costa Rica, running a "Monkey Farm" which she advertises as a monkey rescue and non-profit, but she lacks the proper permits and documentation to claim that, and couple of her wild monkeys that she's tried to keep for a "petting zoo" type attraction have been confiscated by authorities.  http://themonkeyfarm.org/

She doesn't have permits or any proper protocol in place to run a monkey rescue center. MINAE (a Costa Rican government organization,) was tipped off and did come and take away 2 monkeys that she had, which she basically treated as a zoo/circus attraction. The farm part of it she’s obviously free to do what she wants, but I think the donations and volunteers are more lured by the monkey promises.

She has NUMEROUS web domains, all geared towards getting YOUR email address and it looks like she may be trying to install mal ware on your computer. Her domains, and there are probably more, but here are a few....

The name that this "business owner" goes by here is Vicki Conley, email address rescue.volunteers[at]gmail.com, vickihargett[at]mindspring.com, vickiconley[at]mindspring.com but has numerous other names, emails, websites and "businesses."

Other names she uses include, but are not limited to, Haley Brown, Vicki Smith, Vicki Hargett, Christie Moore, Chris Moore, Jennie Moore, Jenny Moore, Beth Moore, Christy Carnes.

Has anyone who ever received an email from her been a victim of mal ware or identity theft or something like that?  Or had property title issues?  Stolen property?  Just curious.  I think there is much more to this than we see here.
