We bought a complex from her, it tooks 8 months to close with 5 times the usual closing cost. She kept the payments she was not supposed to and was ellusive and lying making all kinds of stories, none of the promises were really kept. It took $1,000s of my attorney fees to finalize the deal. I had her reported to the board as well. I've heard that she is also not paying agents that work for her and keeping the money for herself which i thought is against the law. Watch out for this crook.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS REPORT IS ABSOLUTELY FALSE. IT WAS WRITTEN BY AN UNHAPPY AGENT WHO WANTED TO GET 100% COMMISSION ON A DEAL WHERE SHE WAS NOT ENTITLED TO. THIS AGENT WENT THROUGH THE HASSLE OF CREATING A FALSE EMAIL AND FILE A REPORT AGAINST ME. I CHALLENGE JOYCE TO PRODUCE THE DOCUMENTS WITH GEORGE GOJOS NAME AND POST THEM ON THIS SITE.
I HAVE NEVER MADE ANY REMARKS ABOUT ANYONE AND HAVE BEEN THE MOST PROFESSIONAL IN MY LINE OF WORK. I HAVE TONS OF SATISFIED CUSTOMERS WHO WILL TELL YOU HOW WELL I HAVE DONE FOR THEM. UNFORTUNATELY JOYCE WANTED TO HURT MY IMAGE BY PLACING A REPORT ON THIS SITE AND I AM VERY SORRY SHE HAS DONE THAT. I WILL NOT DO THE SAME TO HER.

#1.... this fabricated name of George Gejos...nice try to cover up the name of whoever submitted this report.
#2 ... i've known vicky for years and have worked with her on deals and i've never been 'ripped-off'.
#3....you obviously have too much time on your hands to post false stuff! it's always easier to pick a fight than to be in one.
