Vicki Mc Cord has quite an interesting history in Manatee County.  She has formerly worked at Irongate Realty with her husband, David Mc Cord, and daughter, Danielle Santoro (Mc Cord).  Vicki Mc Cord has also been working at some new DH Horton home communities in Manatee County/Parrish.

Some people might say that I had a bad experience and/or I am disgruntled, but I urge you to do your own thorough research into these individuals before doing work with Danielle Santoro, Vicki Mc Cord, David Mc Cord, and/or Irongate Realty.

My life became a living hell after coming into contact with these people and if I could spare just one person  from the negative experience that I had than my efforts are worth it.

These people have no conscience and will tell you anything you want to hear to make a sale and get that commission.  Real estate agents are bond by Florida law for verifying the accuracy of the information they provide to people, but they don't care.

The only recourse most people have is to hire a private real estate attorney at a hefty retainer and @$500/hour, which most working people cannot afford to do and they know it.  Even if a consumer was still successful is getting a judgement, you still have to worry about collecting.

These people have been doing this so long they know how to hide assets/money.  The effort to get justice and hold them accountable is not feasible for most people and they know that as well.  That is why that get away with it over and over and over, etc..

There are ALOT OF real estate agents out there.  There are good ones, but Danielle Santoro, Vicki & David Mc Cord are not it.  You can do so much better.  Please make the effort.  You will be glad that you did.
