I spent over an hour shopping at Walmart and went to check out with WalPay which with my debit attached to my account. Walmart WalPay declined the transaction. Chase said this is a known issue with Walmart and MANY customers experience this.

Walmart supervisor on duty was rude and dismissive of the fact that Chase told her my card was not declined on my bank end but that it was Walmart. She did not care nor was willing to refrigerate my groceries until I could come the next day with my card to complete the transaction I should have been able to complete with the app they advertise which does not work.

Huge waste of my time and the rude behavior Natasha I'm attached are the phone has resulted in my never going to give my business to this company again. Their produce and meats suck anyway. Natasha laughed at me and refused to provide any level of decent customer service or responsibility for the issue Walmart cause me, not to mention embarrassment for having my card declined making it look like I lacked funds when it is Walmart that has technical issues with Chase.

Are you insane? No store is going to do this. It's enough of a pain that you couldn't pay for your groceries and now they have to be restocked. Expecting refrigerator space until you can get your act together? Please. There's no layaway for perishables, idiot.
