I tried writng the Better Business Bureau, it appears that they have good ratings with them. I was sent e-mail from them stating that if I wanted to sell my timeshare I could do it like any other realestate. Contacted the individual that sold it to me at Grandview and she claimed that she could not sell it as she is not registered in the state of Nevada. Really!! than how is it that you were the one who sold it to me. She operates out of the Grandview and her name is Elizabeth Carr-Allen, MD, PhD. So far everything she told us has turned out to be a lie!! Needed two room suite to become VIP member, it don't exist. Help renting unit, called her on it, says you couldn't do it as it was against the law for her to do so as she works for Grandview, not what she told us when selling it to us. VIP access to her for help with vacation plans or other services, Took over two weeks to respond to our questions. Grandview didn't reply at all, except to the Better Business Bureau complaint, and that was a copy of paper work stating we could sell like any other real estate. Yea, what other real estate sells only one week use per year?
They are useing people there at Grandview to sell their timeshares that are not licensed to sell in the state of Navada. They have them do all the up front selling to get you to sign and then have someone else step in to do the paperwork that is licensed. This means that you cann't go back to the individual who sold you all the lies to try and sell it.
