I wrote this before but cannot get the complaint to come up, only the title.

I played at Vics Bingo for 4 years, and during that time, deposited well over $10,000.00.

In November, 2005, I started playing Keno. I had never before had a cashout. I started winning at Keno almost immediately. I encouraged all my friends to come play as well. I always promoted this site.

On January 18, 2006, they did an upgrade to their software. The only difference it made was increasing the wagering amounts from nickel and quarter only, to adding fifty cent and dollar bets. It seemed it took much longer to get a hit.

On the weekend prior to March 6, 2006, I started playing Keno, betting fifty cents. Over that two day period, I hit 8 out of 8, three times. This pays 10,000 coins, or $5000.00 per hit with a fifty cent bet. I continued to play, and on Sunday night, the cashout deadline, I requested a cashout of $9800.00, leaving $2100.00 in my account to play with.

On Monday, March 6, 2006, I got email from Christie, the accounts manager, who said my cashout had been processed and would be in my account in 5 to 10 business days. She also said management had reviewed my account and had decided to disable it permanently.

I wrote back and asked about the remaining $2100.00 and she wrote back saying that it would likely be added to my neteller account as well, and she would get back to me in a day or two.

Well, it never happened. At first, Marco, one of the management, was saying that me and my referrals had to have created a way to cheat. NOT POSSIBLE.

I finally wrote to Jon Daley, President. He told me no one had cheated, that it was actually a malfunction with their software upgrade. He said that the software provider, Parlay Entertainment, had found the malfunction and were auditing all accounts. He said no wins OR losses would be paid. He sent me $1500.00 that he said was in my account at the time of the so-called malfunction. I know three of my referrals, have cashouts they have never been paid as well.

I contacted Parlay. I got a response from them, saying they were merely a software provider, and did not usually get involved in customer complaints, but they were taking my complaint very seriously, and were "looking into the matter".
This tells me they did NOT know anything about it.

I have joined a boycott at a reputable watchdog group for online gambling sites. Jon Daley has written me and asked me to remove my posts there.

I have kept ALL correspondence to and from Vics and Parlay. I have never been able to get any more responses from Parlay.

I won the money fair and square, was a long time member, and a regular depositer.

This organization is a RIPOFF.

If you ever considered playing there, you better think twice. They will take your money gladly, but when you start winning, they will come up with an excuse to rip you off and disable your account.
