I also played at Vics Bingo. I had played the Keno game just like a lot of other people were. I had not been winning before the upgrade nor after the upgrade. Vics said that they were not going to pay the wins or the losses because of the "so called" malfunction. I had made around $300 in deposits from the time of the "upgrade" until the time they shut the keno game down.

I emailed Jon Daly and asked him about the money I lost on their malfunctioning game. Since the were not going to pay the wins or the loseses due to the malfunction then it only was fair that I be reimbursed the monies i had spent trying to play a malfunctioning game. I sent numerous emails and never got a response.

When a few of these people that were winning money on keno got their accounts "disabled" I also got mine disabled. But after a couple days they enabled mine again. I was the only one of the ones who got them disabled that got it enabled again. I also was the only one who had NOT won any money so therefore i was not a threat to their pocketbook!
