Complaint Review: Victor Buick

Victor Buick lied, ripoff, conartist. They Changed the trade in allowance on the sales contract compared to what was on the notice of release of reliability form that went to the DMV, plus they said i was going to get a dealer incentive of $1500.00 but never got it. Corona California

During negotiations I had asked the sales manager to check on my GM Card Bonus Points, because sometimes they will top off your points with an extra $1500.00 to buy a new car. the sales manager said I only had a $508.00 bonus. when I got home I checked the Internet and GM Card was offering a top off to $2000.00 towards the down payment of a new car. I went back the next day and asked the sales manager to apply the extra $1500.00 and he said he had already gave it to me. I replied no you didn't, that $1500.00 you said was a dealer discount to match the newspaper ad form sierra gmc. I also told him to get out the four squares sheet (scratch sheet used to negotiate numbers on the deal)out of my folder, he replied they had thrown it away. I said why your supposed to keep that in my folder like most honest dealers do. I had also told him that he didn't put the correct trade in allowance on the sales contract, it was completely different then what was on the release of liability form that was sent to the DMV. His response it was a typo and mis understanding.

I have several corresponce letters to the DMV, Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, and the New Vehicle Board.

The last letter recieved was from the New Vehicle Board suggesting that an Attorney would be helpful in resolving this matter.
