Complaint Review: Victor Chemerisov

I went to the yahoo and found puppies for sale. I inquired about the puppies several times. I have all the emails, etc. He sent me pictures of the puppy I would be recieving.

I sent him a cashiers check for the deposit and two days before the delivery I overnighted him a money order. He told me he booked the flight for the puppy and it would be here at 4:15 my time. He never gave me a reference number or anything. The day of, I haven't had an email nor a phone call from him.

I called the airport and they have no reservation or anything that follows up to the bulldog puppy being delivered.

So, I paid the guy $1,000 on top of other fee's and have no puppy. I was very excited about recieving this puppy.

What do I do from here?
