Complaint Review: Victor Chemerisov

I was searching on classifieds for a english bulldog. I found the one I wanted and e-mailed him.(Victor) At first he was wanting $1,200 for the dog and I asked if he would take $800.00 for it. He said yes!

So, I talked to him threw the net and it was to good to be true but I was stupied enough to fall for it. Finally, my husband saw on the net where people were paying for their dogs and not receiving them. So we got cautious. I told my husband we needed as much info about him as possible.

I e-mailed him and told him to call us. He did! My husband told him that he was going to pay threw the wire service with the Western Union.

Well, I asked my husband that night why such a beautiful dog like the picture he sent us would be the last one left. I was on the net the night before we were going to purchase the dog and something(GOD) told me to put his name in and search it. It was a scam and I thank everyone who reported him. He is a Jack-a** and I would to meet him. If your planning on buying a dog from someone, test them and tell them that your going to pick it up!:) Smart huh? Victor, if your reading, your not too smart after all, huh!! BE AWARE OF THIS SO CALLED DOG SELLER, he is the dog.
