Upon my return from out of town Oct 9, Victor declared he was quitting the bathroom remodel and the sunroom build. Upon inspection of my home, I found thousands of dollars worth of tools and such missing. Upon inspection of his work by another builder, and the city inspector, and the state inspector, his plumbing and electrical installations were found flawed, and were required to be torn out and redone.
A friend, helping look for a missing gun, went to Victor and returned with my gun.
I have found the police, sheriff and judge to be of no help.
