Victor Dennis KV Investments Guaranteed mortgage until house sold but took $10k from renter and spent El Paso Texas
Victor Dennis takes advantage of Soldiers needing to move quickly due to PCS. He guaranteed my mortgage payment until he could obtain alternate financing for people that pay him $10k down payment and pay rent equal to mortgage until loan is found. He also stated that most transactions are complete within 1yr but may take as long as 2 yrs. Two years later, the renter that he collected $10k from left but he spent the money and has not made mortgage current. It is now late and facing the possibility of foreclosure. I have PCSd to my third location and have been at his mercy. Do not trust this man or anyone associated with him.
