I too was a victim of Victor lopez and Assoc, But, was able to get my money back, because i paid with my credit card. It took me well over a month fighting with them. And what is more upsetting to me is his staff (CAROLS, PAULA, Gabriela, Luis and ETC) believes in this person that is ripping off hard working people. We need to put a stop to him. We need to get together and contact the media, the national general attonry, action 9. and make sure this person is put behind bars. I will not rest until this happens.

...but I contacted Channel 9 news 'Todd Ulrich' via internet. I also contacted Lymarie Rodriguez news reporter from Univision. I also filed an Affidavit with the State Attorney of Florida. It was a long battle but I got my money back. I did not stop calling, emailing or visiting the Victor Lopez and Associates offices. I was basically a pest to them. Shortly thereafter I was called to stop by their offices and get my money back. They seem to fear the media more than anything once they see that you are not backing off they will give in eventually.
I agree that we need to ALL stick together and defeat these scammers. ENOUGH is Enough!!!
