I hired this photographer to shoot some pictures for my portfolio twice. The first shoot went very well and the pictures I received were great so I a few months later I hired him again.

Here is where it gets sketchy.... We shot pictures & a small video. A few days later, I received a link to my edited prints but was unable to download them due to my WIFI connection bc I was on vacation. Well when I returned I contacted Victor on 1/15/14 to resend the link and I received a response stating that he had passed away. That he was DEAD & that I, along with his other business contacts, would be receiving an email explaining the situation.

That email never came.

Well he didn't die. In fact, he posted on his personal facebook page on 1/21/14 & I kept the emails, texts, & screenshot as proof. When I texted both of his cell numbers about it, magically his page was taken down or he blocked me.

I gave him a 24 hour ultimatum to send me my pics/vid or refund my money via PayPal.

Obviously, he didn't comply. He did however send a text message trying to threaten and blackmail me in regards to exposing him by stating that he would take my photos and use them against me. LOL, photoshoots are not illegal but theft & fraud are.

Ladies & gentlemen DO NOT HIRE VICTOR ROMERO!! Ever since I exposed him He has had his numerous model mayhem profiles deleted and his phone numbers no longer work or he refuses to answer them.

I have already contacted my attorney, the local FBI branch, INS, & the IRS with all of the information I have collected and I truly hope he gets brought to justice.
