This has got to be the worst company EVER! Rude and unprofessional. If your vehicle is towed for being parked where it shouldn't be (shame on me), the two chunky, manly looking gals mock and taunt you from behind the safety glass, while they hold your vehicle hostage reminding you that they can and will keep your vehicle as long as they want. They try to act like they are in charge and almost want you to beg them to release your car.
The rates are unbelievable. Nearly $300 even if they have your car for only 15 minutes.
I would not voluntarily call them to assist if my car broke down, however, if they happen to tow your vehicle for it being parked some place it shouldn't be, look out! Bring your wallet and your lube because you are about to be #!@*ed hard.
