I would like to say that if you have to rent in melbourne, please do not rent from St James corporation in South yarra. They are not only unhelpful they will try and scheme as much cash out of you as possible especially if they know that you are new to the country. Victor who I think is in charge is incapable of speaking without shouting and will not help at all in resolving issues. They are mainly out to get as much cash out of you as possible and RENTER BEWARE!
His treatment to woman is disrespectful and especially if you are a woman do not rent with this company.
Do not want anyone else to suffer he way I have.
